Aston Martin 3D models represent an Aston Martin Limited – a manufacturer of prestigious sports cars, based in England. The origins of the brand belong to Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. The headquarters is in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The name of the company comes from the name of the hill Aston-Clinton, where one of the creators of Lionel Martin won the Singer-10 race in 1913. Since 1994, it has been part of the Premier Automotive Group, a division of the Ford Motor Company, but in August 2006, Ford published an intention to sell the company to Aston Martin. In the second quarter of 2007, Ford Motor Company sold the Aston Martin to a consortium of investors led by the owner of Prodrive, a longtime fan and collector of Aston Martin cars, David Richards. The deal amounted to $ 925 million. In December 2012, a private investment fund Investindustrial invested £ 120 million in exchange for a 37.5% stake. In 2013, Aston Martin signed an agreement with the Daimler AG, the agreement regulates the joint development of a new V8 engine and assistance in creating the next generation of company’s cars.
In 2007, the volume of production amounted to 7224 cars, almost unchanged compared with 2006. The cars are luxurious and famous because most of them are made by hand. Each car has a bronze tablet on which is written the name of the person who made it and is responsible for the particular car.
