Deep fryer – the device for frying in deep fat (deep layer of vegetable or animal fat).
In the simplest case, a modern electric fryer is a container with a temperature controller located on the body. They are poured into the container, the appliance is turned on in the power grid and heats the fryer to the required temperature, after which it is possible to fry products in the deep-fryer. The outer casing of modern fryers is always thermally insulated so that a working fryer outside is slightly warm.
In addition to household appliances, industrial deep fat fryers are also available for use in catering establishments. Their main difference is in greater productivity and design, designed for continuous operation for a long time.
Products such as french fries, chips, pasties, donuts, other flour products, meat, fish, vegetables can be cooked in a deep fryer.
The use of an electric fryer, especially a fairly versatile one, has a number of advantages over manual frying.
