Based on the Chinese C-802, the Noor Anti-ship cruise missile was a reverse engineered and improved design with a range of up to 170km. Four variants of the sea-skimming missile were developed with a follow on missile design known as the Qader developed to improved range up to 200km.

The Noor is an Iran-made long-range anti-ship cruise missile. It’s primary service with the Iranian Navy. And It’s a reverse-engineered Chinese C-802 anti-ship missile.
It’s the first export customer of Chinese C-802 missiles. This missile contract was signed in 1995 but was canceled due to U.S. pressure after 60 missiles had been delivered. Iran launched a program after that to reverse engineer the C-802.
This missile is powered by Toulouse-4, a French Microturbo TRI 60 engine version from Iran. It’s frequency, it’s very difficult to jam the radar inside the nose cone.
