The operation of the Dunes emerges within a path that has been built on a single obsession: to widen as much as possible the fields of application of my achievements so that they result directly from the rapid transformations of our society.
Completed at the end of 2016, this work is built with different partners. They are engineers, landscapers, designers, graphic designers and, of course, actors in human resources. The Dunes are interested in the new spaces of work and the digital society that invites itself into the project, at the same time as it installs the split construction and interactive expectations. In fact, Societe Generale's program and expectations have been enriched as the studies progress. My interest in both history and technique allows me to approach the order with a whole new way of doing things, the society of the instantaneous and the virtual having inspired these founding values ​​of the project and which can only come from demand.
Across the world, the digital economy questions the architecture of the 21st century and this operation is certainly one of the answers to this issue: "What architecture for this new genre? The architecture of the Dunes is a new reference in space and management, both in terms of ethics and representation. The economies of means and the strategy implemented in the productive spaces of the Dunes definitely mark a clear break with the American models, in general, especially those, more recent, of Apple and Google.
