The new RAV4 slightly changed proportions, and now the car is closer in shape to the classic SUV, rather than to the crossovers. We are used to identifying these concepts, but there is a difference - an SUV suggests a higher, “off-road” silhouette, and this is exactly what happened with the RAV. He became faceted, with pronounced accents on the body, the relationship with the Lexus UX is felt, but still, the RAV is a bit calmer, and that's good. He had protective plastic arches on the wings, like real SUVs, two types of head optics - depending on the equipment level, a completely new shape of the front part and - for the first time in history - a two-color paint.
It is especially pleasant that when working on a design many things were changed not just for the sake of fantasy, but for greater comfort and safety. For example, front pillars have already become, which has improved visibility, and the rear side windows have become larger - and now this is not a design element, but normal windows, in which you can really see the impending danger.
Meshsmooth is applied so you can set the object resolution as you like. Just use the Named Selection Set meshsmooth to select the SubD objects.
