3D model based off a real desk. All proportions are correct, and model is correctly sized in centimeters.
Model is mediumly polyed, low enough to render fairly fast, but very close up shots are possible, as every minute detail is modeled. Drawers open and close fully.
The materials used are easily changeable, and the height of the shelves can easily be adjusted.
