The background of Chrysler 3D models:

Chrysler is an American automotive company.

From the beginning of 2014, it is 100% under control of the Italian automotive concern Fiat. After the death of Sergio Markionne on July 25, 2018 (was at the same time the general manager and CEO of Fiat), Michael Manley was appointed new CEO, John Elkann was appointed as President (Chairman). In January 2014, after consolidating a 100% stake in American Chrysler, the board of directors of Fiat decided to create a newly unified carmaker – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, with headquarters in the Netherlands.

It manufactures passenger cars of the Chrysler, SRT, RAM, Dodge and Jeep brands, and previously Plymouth, DeSoto, Imperial and Eagle, and a variety of components. There are different departments in the corporation. Electronic and aerospace products are produced too. The Headquarters are in Auburn Hills (MI).

The company was founded in 1924 by the engineer and businessman Walter Percy Chrysler as a result of the reorganization of Maxwell Motor (which in turn absorbed Chalmers Motor, founded in 1908) and Willys Overland. In the same year, the brands Plymouth and DeSoto were launched.
